For visiting boats

Jachthaven Breskens lies at the mouth of the Westerschelde, on the Zeeuws-Vlaanderen coast opposite Vlissingen and close to the Belgian border: a classic stopover towards France, Flanders or the Delta. It has 580 permanent berths and about 100 visitor berths on wide floating pontoons with water and power; no bookings, but there is almost always room. On the southern breakwater by the entrance is the fuel pontoon with diesel and petrol and a bilge and black-water pump-out. There are toilet blocks with showers, a launderette, free wifi, a slipway and a bar-restaurant. The marina grew up in the early 1950s behind a ferry pontoon.
