For visiting boats
Middelburg town harbour, run by WV Arne, lies on the Walcheren canal (standing-mast route) between the Westerschelde and the Veerse Meer, right among canal houses and former VOC warehouses. At the far end of the Voorhaven by the Spijkerbrug is the harbour office with a reception pontoon; the harbour master assigns a berth along one of the historic quays. No advance bookings. The pontoons have power and water (bring your own hose), there is a black-water pump-out by the harbour office, and toilets/showers are in the De Kemel clubhouse. Diesel is at the Jos Boone Watersport fuel barge in the Voorhaven; the station and old town are a short walk. Blue Flag.
