For visiting boats
Kaløvig Bådehavn lies on the west side of Kalø Vig just south of the Studstrup power station north of Aarhus, owned by Kaløvig Bådelaug. The entrance carries 3.5 m and the pontoons 3.0–2.5 m, and the southern part of the harbour holds the Lagoon with dinghy moorings. Visitors take free berths with a green sign or pre-book on MarinaBooking; the harbour card from the machine by the harbour office gives access to showers, power and the clubhouse. There is petrol and diesel at the fitting-out quay, free holding-tank pump-out, a yard, a slipway for boats up to 18 GRT, a boat ramp, a 20-tonne mobile crane, a restaurant, barbecue huts and a playground, and the harbour is part of the Danish free-harbour scheme.
