For visiting boats
The North-East Harbour, owned by the municipality, holds the Wassersportclub Helgoland's second pontoon site, used mainly by members' motorboats. The harbour master hands out free berths on the spot; booking ahead is not needed but helps. There are only a few power points; electricity is included in the service charge. In easterly winds the Düne ferry leaves from here, and mooring at the Lesehalle is prohibited.
