For visiting boats
Milta Bodrum Marina is in the historic harbour right in the centre of Bodrum, west of the castle, and has been in operation since 1976. It takes 425 yachts afloat and 50 ashore; a 75 t travel lift handles lift-outs and up to five months of winter storage on the hard. A fuel dock, a sewage-collection boat, waste-oil tanks and a sea ambulance are on site, and the control tower works VHF 73 "Bodrum Marina". The Bodrum Offshore Sailing Club (BAYK) has been based in the marina since 2001 and runs its summer and winter racing from here.
