For visiting boats

Saltneven guest harbour is run by Kragerø Seilforening and lies just across the fjord from Kragerø town – halfway between an outer-skerry anchorage and a town harbour. It is sheltered when it is blowing out on the skerries and quieter than the town guest harbour on Gunnarsholmen, which is often full in summer. The club has invested in new pontoons and a new waterside shed, and there are showers, toilets, a kiosk and good swimming. Throughout the school summer holidays hosts are on the pontoon to welcome boats and help with lines. By dinghy it is only a short hop across to town.
