For visiting boats

Mercury Yacht Harbour lies in a sheltered wooded corner of the River Hamble where Badnam Creek joins the river, a 20-minute walk upriver from Hamble village. Its 360 berths for boats up to 24 m have deep water at all states of the tide, and the site has the Gaff Rigger bar and restaurant, a laundry, a slipway, sailing schools and charter companies; lifting and storage are now at sister Hamble Point. A peaceful base with the Solent and Southampton Water close by.
