Overview
Poznański Klub Morski LOK has its harbour on the east shore of Lake Kierskie at Kiekrz, on a hectare of land bought in 1936 by the Maritime and Colonial League – the club celebrates its 90th anniversary in 2026. It is a multi-section club: youth racing (Optimist, ILCA, Europe), the Snipe class, cruising Omegas, windsurfing, powerboating and a strong DN iceboat section that trains on the frozen lake every winter. The club runs events such as the open Polish Snipe championship and the Poznań Sea Days, its members sail offshore and ocean cruises, and in 2025 the harbour won the "Golden Omega" award.
