Overview
The Società Nautica Giacinto Pullino was founded in 1925 at Isola d'Istria, and in 1928 its coxed four won Italy's first Olympic rowing gold in Amsterdam, followed by four European titles. After the Istrian exodus the club was re-founded in Trieste in 1960 and since 1967 has rowed from Muggia, where in 1981 it built its boathouse with a gym and rowing tank. It holds the CONI Gold Star and runs summer rowing courses for youngsters aged 9 to 13 with FIC coaches.

- 1925On 10 September the statutes are approved at Isola d'Istria: the Società Nautica "G. Pullino" is born
