Overview
Espoon Pursiseura (EPS) is a yacht club at Nuottaniemi in Espoo covering harbour services and training, junior work, adult dinghy sailing and racing. Its deep, sheltered harbour is guarded year-round and has a clubhouse built in 1992, the Villa Pentry restaurant and a guest pontoon. Dinghy sailing starts at the children’s sailing school and continues in Optimist, ILCA and Europe; sailors with disabilities are welcome too. EPS runs Optimist and ILCA regattas and co-organises the Espoo–Naissaari Race.

- 1960sAn Optimist dinghy club in Tapiola sails on Otsolahti; the wish for wider activities leads to the founding of EPS
- 1970sEPS moves to Nuottaniemi in the early 1970s
