Overview
Canoa is a bilingual paddling club in Espoo, founded in 1932 as Paddlarklubben Canoa. Its base is the Bredan boathouse on sheltered Bredviken bay in the Suvisaaristo islands. Members do sprint racing, touring, fitness paddling and open canoeing, and summer basic courses are held for adults, children and young people. The club has about 350 members, is run by volunteers and does not rent boats to outsiders.
