For visiting boats
Käringön is a car-free and moped-free fishing village at the outer edge of the Orust archipelago, and the municipal guest harbour has 125 berths in about 4 m of water. The service building has toilets, showers, a washing machine and dryer, and a pump-out is open 1 April–31 October. The harbour is cashless, advance booking is via Dockspot, and electricity and showers are included in the nightly fee. Summer evenings can be lively from the restaurants around the harbour.
