For visiting boats
Marina Porto Atlântico lies in the port of Leixões by the north breakwater at Leça da Palmeira, and is run by an association of clubs formed on 25 October 1992 by the Clube Naval de Leça, the Clube de Vela Atlântico and the Sport Club do Porto. Leixões is the only port on the Portuguese coast whose bar is open to navigation all year, so you can get in and out safely even in winter. There is a crane up to 9 t, water and power, showers, waste collection and internet, with a boatyard, chandler, engine, electronics and sail lofts nearby; call on channel 9.
