For visiting boats
Tønsberg gjestehavn lies along Tønsberg brygge and the Kaldnes side of Byfjorden, in the middle of Norway's oldest town with the restaurant quay right by the boats, run by Tønsberg kommune. Advance booking is not possible – first come, first served – and harbour dues are paid at the machines; the nightly fee includes one power socket, and power is for charging only. The guest harbour has a holding-tank pump-out and underground waste containers, but refuelling in the harbour is not allowed. In summer boats may not be left unattended for more than 72 hours, and quiet hours start at 23:00.
- Guest berths
- Check out by 13:00. Some berths on the Kaldnes-side floating pontoon are free. Surcharge for unpaid dues NOK 545. Boats staying over 24 hours must contact the harbour. During big events power on the restaurant quay is cut 23:00–07:00. The guest harbour is closed for winter and reopens in spring 2027.
