For visiting boats

Vågen gjestehavn lies right in central Stavanger along Skagenkaien, with room for about 20 boats under 15 m, run by the Port of Stavanger. In the summer season, from the weekend before Easter until after the October half-term, there is water, power, an environmental station and an electric-boat charger (up to 7.4 kW), while the service building with showers, toilets and laundry is at the sister harbour Børevigå by the Norwegian Petroleum Museum. The harbour may close during big events such as the Tall Ships Races and ONS, and cruise traffic causes prop wash in Vågen.

Guest berths
Pay in GoMarina (machine also at Børevigå); a paid berth is valid until 14:00 the next day. Free short stays of up to 3 hours 09:00–18:00, registered in GoMarina, one period per day. Boats over 15 m call the harbour watch on +47 51 50 12 01 or VHF 12. Watch your lines when cruise ships leave Vågen – prop wash creates waves and current.
