For visiting boats
Marina Den Oever lies on the IJsselmeer 750 m from the Stevin lock to the Wadden Sea: fresh-water berth, salt-water sailing. It is sheltered, free of weed and always has room for visitors, even without a booking; report to the harbour office. In the summer season power, water, showers and wifi are included. The marina has its own workshop for engines, electrics, osmosis, painting and rigging, a 25 t boat lift and three insulated sheds plus outside storage for boats up to 20 m and 3 m draught. Den Oever is a handy departure port for Texel, Vlieland and drying out on the Wadden. Blue Flag since 2015.
