For visiting boats
The Compagnieshaven lies on the IJsselmeer on the north side of Enkhuizen and calls itself the largest visitor harbour in Europe: about 16,000 visiting boats a year on some 625 berths. On arrival head for the reception pontoon in front of the harbour office, between the first and second pontoons; do not pick a box yourself. You can also lie at anchor in the anchorage basin. There is a fuel berth (diesel, HVO100 and Euro 98, one of the few on the IJsselmeer shore), 16 A shore power and water at every berth, 30 showers, a launderette, chandlery, boatyard service, restaurant, supermarket, sailing school and boat rental. Enkhuizen station and old town are within walking distance.
