For visiting boats
The port of Alghero, below the walls of the Catalan town on Sardinia's north-west coast, has a consortium that runs visitor berthing on the Sanità and Dogana quays and the Molo Visconti. It takes boats up to 50 m and 4.5 m draught, is open round the clock and at the entrance a consortium RIB leads you to your berth – call on VHF 9. On the quay there is water, power up to 63 A, toilets and showers; in the port there are boatyards, crane and travel lift, storage, sail lofts and a laundry. Daily visitor rates are published by length and month.

- At the entrance call the Consorzio del Porto on VHF 9: a RIB meets you and leads you to the berth. Stays beyond 5 consecutive days are governed by Coast Guard ordinance 37/2021.
