For visiting boats
Policoro Marina lies in the middle of the Gulf of Taranto on the Ionian coast of Basilicata, in the Metaponto plain, and is part of the Marinedi network. It has 322 berths for boats up to 40 m in a basin shaped to keep swell to a minimum, with 3.5 m depth and power up to 125 A. Inside there is a boatyard for all kinds of work served by a fuel dock; the marina keeps a 24-hour watch on VHF 74.
