For visiting boats

Marina Capo Nord lies at Aprilia Marittima in the Marano lagoon between Venice and Trieste, sheltered from wind and sea. You come in through the Lignano Sabbiadoro harbour entrance and follow the three-mile channel marked by wooden piles. It has 650 berths from 10 to 20 m on fixed pontoons, open all year, with water, wifi and power included (with an allowance for the larger categories); there is a heated service block with showers, laundry and a swimming pool. The Cantieri di Aprilia next door have four travel lifts up to 60 t, cranes, 50,000 m² of hardstanding, a 2,400 m² shed and the petrol and diesel pump. Blue Flag since 1990.
