For visiting boats
The Château marina, at the mouth of the Penfeld below Brest castle, is the first marina inside the roads and is well sheltered by the naval harbour's breakwater, so you can stop here in any weather. Deep and accessible at all times, it has about 650 finger-pontoon berths, part of them for visitors, plus a long quay along the La Pérouse breakwater for big yachts. Water and power on the pontoons, black-water pump-out, fuel and wifi; the town centre and station are close by, and the port hosts the great Brest maritime festivals.
- Guest berths
- Part of the ~650 finger-pontoon berths is kept for visitors; large yachts lie along the La Pérouse breakwater. Call on VHF channel 9 when entering the marina. Multihulls pay ×1.5. Weekly/monthly rates must be requested and paid on arrival.
