For visiting boats
La Grande-Motte marina, at the heart of a resort whose architecture is listed as '20th-century heritage', shelters at the head of Aigues-Mortes bay and has more than 1,600 berths. The whale-shaped harbour office between the outer harbour and the main basin is open 24 hours all year and answers on VHF 9; depth up to 3 m. Lifting out, launching, mast stepping and a careening area are run by the port itself. The harbour is being rebuilt (Ville-Port project 2026–2027): the old fuel station has been demolished and is to be replaced by a floating one.
- Guest berths
- Call the harbour office on VHF 9 (open 24 h). Entrance lights: W jetty Fl(2)R.6s, E jetty Fl.G.4s; with more than 2.5 m draught keep to the middle of the entrance and do not hug the green light. The fuel station is closed during the works (floating station planned for October 2026): refuel in neighbouring ports.
