For visiting boats

Arzal-Camoël marina, on both banks of the Vilaine just upstream of the Arzal dam, calls itself probably the largest freshwater sea port on the Atlantic coast: 1,050 pontoon berths and 150 moorings, plus 320 spaces ashore, with 120 visitor berths. Lit and buoyed, it is accessible at all hours for less than 3 m draught. You reach the sea through the dam lock — closed for works from November 2026 to March 2027. Run by the Compagnie des Ports du Morbihan; harbour office on VHF 9.
