For visiting boats
Hara harbour on Hara Bay in Kuusalu parish occupies a former Soviet submarine demagnetisation base, with the "Saladuslik Sadam" (Mysterious Harbour) exhibition on the mole. It is run by the non-profit Hara Sadam, founded in 2015; coastal fishermen, the Hara Sailing Society and a harbour restaurant work here. Guest berths include electricity; there is a slipway, fuel, showers, laundry room, wifi and a sauna.
