Troense Havn lies on Tåsinge in a lovely bend of the eastern Svendborgsund by the old skippers' village of Troense with its half-timbered houses, within walking distance of Valdemars Slot. The harbour consists of the steamer pier (Svendborg Kommune), where the sound ferry Helge calls in season, and the boat harbour run by Troense Bådelaug, with timber pontoons to the east, north and south. There is power and water on the pontoons, showers, laundry, wifi, a slipway and a mast crane; fuel is 2.5 km away. Boats over 15 m are usually referred to anchor in Pilekrogen, but the two outer pontoons can take a few larger boats up to 25–30 m.
