Middelfart Marina lies in Teglgårds Bugt on Fænøsund south of Middelfart, sheltered by a breakwater about 550 m long, and opened on 15 May 1980. The harbour is owned by Middelfart Kommune and has 550 berths with 3 m depth, shore power, fresh water, toilets and showers, laundry, diesel, a slipway and a holding-tank pump-out; the service centre is new and hot water is heated by a large solar collector. The marina is Green Network certified, has a café and restaurant and is 1.5 km from the town centre, with the Hindsgavl peninsula and the golf course next door. There is a sail and rigging loft, a 500 kg mast crane and a 2-tonne boat crane.
