For visiting boats
Marstal Lystbådehavn lies in the old seafaring town of Marstal at the eastern end of Ærø, sheltered behind the long stone breakwater Eriks Hale. The harbour is owned by Ærø Kommune and still has shipyards, a wooden-boat yard and slipways, so repairs are easy to arrange, plus a 6-tonne travel lift in the marina. Draught is 3.3 m in the outer harbour and 2.3 m in the marina; there is power and water on all pontoons, showers, wifi, a slipway and a grey-water station. The harbour office works VHF 71.
