For visiting boats
Køge Marina lies in Køge Bugt about 1 nm north of Køge harbour and is owned by Køge municipality. As well as the marina itself it runs the Slipset guest pontoon in the inner harbour, close to the old market town, and the river basin behind the bascule bridge. Visitors can lie in the marina at one flat nightly rate whatever the boat's size, or at Slipset, where the rate depends on length; pay within 30 minutes of arrival to avoid a penalty fee. There is power and water on all pontoons, petrol and diesel from the pumps on the pier head, a 12-tonne boat lift (max beam 3.8 m), a mast crane, two yards and engine repairs via the harbour office. The "green lagoon" has a harbour bath, sauna and changing rooms.
