For visiting boats
Faaborg Havn lies right in town at the head of Faaborg Fjord and is the gateway to the South Funen Archipelago – 38 harbours lie within 20 nautical miles. The harbour is owned by Faaborg-Midtfyn Kommune and has about 650 berths, 75 of them dedicated guest berths in the inner harbour on pontoons A, B and D; you can also take any berth showing a green sign. There are new shower and laundry facilities, free wifi, a slipway, a holding-tank pump-out, a boat crane and a self-service mast crane, and the ferries to Lyø, Avernakø and Bjørnø leave from the harbour. The approach along the leading lights carries at least 7 m, and the harbour is safe in all wind directions.

- Pay at one of the three 24-hour machines; the chip card opens showers and toilets and pays for power at the pontoon pillars (DKK 4.50/kWh). The 5th night is free – keep your receipts. Free short stays 10:00–14:00. The quays to starboard in the inner harbour are for boats over 15 m only. Speed limit 3 knots.
