For visiting boats
Marina Verolme, opened in 2000 by BR Marinas at Angra dos Reis, bills itself as Latin America's largest boating hub, with more than 20 marine businesses on site. It runs large forklifts and travel lifts: 490 dry spaces (320 forklift, 170 travel lift) and 80 wet berths for boats up to 40 m. The approach channel is marked by beacons; call the marina on VHF 68 or 16. A licensed night-capable heliport (SDDW, 5 pads) is for customers only.
