For visiting boats
The Royal Perth Yacht Club's Fremantle Annexe is the club's ocean-side base in Fremantle, originally built as home to the 1987 America's Cup defence. It has 101 fixed berths for boats from 10 to 27 m, each with shore power and water and 24-hour access, plus 23 hardstand bays for boats up to 8 m with post cranes and a dinghy ramp. Members use it as an overnight stop before crossing to Rottnest Island or for a weekend in Fremantle; Crawley pen holders stay free.
