Overview
Nyköpings Forspaddlare has its clubhouse on Periodgången by the Nyköpingsån river in central Nyköping. The club aims to offer paddling for everyone and runs, among other things, yoga paddling: outdoor yoga followed by a paddle upstream through the Hållet nature reserve, with all gear provided.
