Overview
Jachtklub Stoczni Gdańskiej (Gdańsk Shipyard Yacht Club), founded in 1957, has its sailing base on the west bank of the Wisła Śmiała at Górki Zachodnie, next to the city marina and about 11 km from the Old Town. It is an offshore sailing club: it runs the Mayor of Gdańsk Cup for ORC, KWR and Yardstick boats within the Gulf of Gdańsk Cup (14th edition in 2026) and a September club race series, and a JSG women's crew races in the Polish Sailing League.
