Overview
Larvik Seilforening was founded in 1889 and has its main building, the Seilerhytta – "Stuerød" – with its own pontoons on Larviksfjorden, where a restaurant opens in summer. The club series is the club's regular practice racing, with spring, summer and autumn series from April to October, open to all boats and levels, and women sailors have their own evening, Ladies Night Out. The club also runs the Kaupangleden double-handed race and has been awarded the 2027 Norwegian Soling championship. The range is wide: Optimist and RS Feva for young sailors, Hobie Cats and larger multihulls, radio-controlled IOM, DF65 and DF95, and windsurfing, wing foiling, kiting and SUP from the dinghy beach. Summer sailing camps are held for children. Guest berths are booked and paid in Havneweb.
