Overview
Val Sailing Club is based on the Šibenik waterfront, on Obala prvoboraca. It runs the Šibenik cruiser regatta (24 editions), the Šibenik model-yacht regatta – the biggest model regatta in Croatia – and the Easter regatta, and has hosted the 2017 Melges 32 Europeans, the Croatian match-race championship and a Farr 40 event. Its summer sailing school teaches children in the Optimist, and club sailors win national titles in the class.
