Overview
The Société des Régates d'Antibes began in 1896 as the Antibes branch of the Club Nautique de Nice and became a formal association in 1927. Split in 1959 into the Club Nautique d'Antibes and the Yacht Club d'Antibes, it took back its original name when the two clubs merged again, and celebrates its 130th anniversary in 2026. Based on the Quai Nord of Port Vauban, inside the 'Baie et Cap d'Antibes – Îles de Lérins' Natura 2000 site, it runs a year-round and holiday sailing school, keelboat sailing, para-sailing and e-foiling, and organises spring and autumn keelboat series, an ILCA half-national and the inclusive IBSA Regatta.
