Overview
Tampereen Pursiseura (TaPS) is a sailing club on lake Näsijärvi whose dinghy programme is, by the club’s account, the largest of any Finnish inland club. Juniors have beginner, youth and improver courses and training groups in Optimist, Zoom8 and ILCA, and the adult TaPS Sailing Center sails J/70s and H-boats every week. The club has a home harbour and the outports Kesämäki and Taulaniemi; Tampere races are listed on the clubs’ shared site näsijärvenkisat.fi.
