Overview
Helsingin Jyry paddlers is the paddling section, about 250 members, of the multi-sport club Helsingin Jyry. Its first kayak shed is on the Vantaanjoki river half a kilometre north of Pikkukoski beach, and a second shed opened at Pornaistenniemi on Vanhankaupunginlahti bay in autumn 2024. Members range from recreational to racing paddlers, and new members join after a paddling course.
