For visiting boats
Bell Harbor Marina is the Port of Seattle's guest marina on Elliott Bay — the only marina in downtown Seattle, a short walk from Pike Place Market and the waterfront piers. It takes visiting boats and yacht-club cruise-ins year round, with superyachts by arrangement, and offers short six-hour stays as well as winter monthly moorage. Slips have power and water; there are restrooms, showers, garbage and recycling, a sewage pump-out, locked gates and round-the-clock security. Guest rates are per foot per day by length band, with a summer peak and a weekend rate; the office answers on VHF 66A.
