For visiting boats

Wick Marina is run by Wick Harbour Authority inside the harbour of the Caithness town of Wick. It opened in 2009 and is a key stepping-off point for the Northern Isles, the Pentland Firth and the west coast, as well as for crossings from Scandinavia. It has 80 berths on floating pontoons with 7–12 m fingers, lit walkways, water and 16 A power, a security gate, showers, toilets and a laundry, and it can be entered 24 hours a day. The town centre, the Pulteney Distillery and the Wick Heritage Centre are a few minutes' walk away, and the airport and railway station are close by.

Guest berths
Wick is on the north-east tip of the Scottish mainland, a natural stop before or after crossing the Pentland Firth to Orkney, or on passage across the North Sea. The marina can be entered 24 hours a day and has 2.2 m below chart datum (2.5 m at MLWS). During office hours, phone the Harbour Office on 01955 602030 with your passage plan, ETA, boat name, length and draught. Before entering or leaving, broadcast an 'All Ships' message on VHF 14, the harbour working channel. If Wick is your first UK port of entry, submit form C1331 online.
