For visiting boats

Torquay Marina lies in the north-east corner of Tor Bay in the heart of Torquay, tucked behind the harbour walls and sheltered from the prevailing south-westerlies – a safe port in most weather and a jumping-off point for Brittany, Normandy and the Channel Islands. It has 440 berths for boats up to 30 m, a laundry, basic provisions and on-site marine contractors, with fuel on the South Pier and a chandlery at Beacon Quay alongside; the Royal Torbay Yacht Club is just above the harbour. Tor Bay has protected seagrass beds, so check where not to anchor.
