For visiting boats

Liverpool Marina is an independent marina in the Coburg and Brunswick Docks on the Mersey waterfront, a ten-minute walk from Liverpool city centre and the Three Graces. It has over 300 serviced and unserviced berths entered through a tidal lock, a fuel berth, mobile pump-outs and fuel deliveries, a laundrette, showers, free Wi-Fi across the pontoons, a kiosk, and a bar and restaurant. Next door are a boatyard with a 60-tonne hoist, a chandlery and engine workshops, and an RYA sea school runs courses from the marina. The office is staffed around the clock.

Guest berths
Approach through the Queen's Channel, the Crosby Channel and the River Mersey, following the buoyed shipping route, which must be kept to. Tides are strong. Call the lock keeper on VHF 37 (or M). The marina lock works with the tide between 05:00 and 22:00. Out-of-hours locks must be booked 24 hours ahead. Lock limits are 7.9 m beam and 3.5 m draught. The rule is 'no lifejacket, no passage', and every crew member must wear one. The fuel berth is on Coburg Dock.
