For visiting boats

Gosport Marina is tucked just inside the entrance to Portsmouth Harbour on the Gosport side, minutes from the Solent and a short ferry hop from Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard. A Five Gold Anchors marina and home of the Clipper Round the World Race fleet, it has its own Endeavour Quay boatyard with a 180-tonne boat lift, a 40-tonne mobile crane and large boat sheds, a 24-hour self-service fuel pontoon, holding-tank pump-out, showers, laundry and the Boathouse restaurant. Small craft must keep to the Small Boat Channel in the harbour entrance and the 10-knot limit, and stay clear of warships.

Guest berths
Boats under 20 m must use the Small Boat Channel at the harbour entrance (No. 4 Bar buoy to Ballast); harbour speed limit 10 knots; vessels over 20 m call the King's Harbour Master on VHF 11. Report to marina reception on VHF 80 on arrival. Self-service fuel pontoon 24 h (petrol only in daylight, subject to the KHM). Crossing to Gunwharf or the Camber needs KHM permission on VHF 11.
