How to delete your VesselSOS account

01 / IN THE APP

1. 1 Open VesselSOS and go to Profile.
2. 2 Tap “Privacy, data and account”.
3. 3 Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Want a copy first? Tap “Download my data” on the same screen before you delete.

02 / BY EMAIL

No longer have the app? Write to us from any address and include the phone number of your account. We delete the account and its data within 30 days.

03 / WHAT IS DELETED

• Your account: phone number and name
• Your craft details and emergency contacts
• Your trip history with all positions, and the log of automatic overdue SMS
• Your friends and the invitations you sent or received
• Your notification (push) tokens
• Feedback you sent us

04 / WHAT STAYS

• Hazard reports you made stay on the hazard map without your name or any note, until they expire and are deleted as usual.
• Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days.
• Invoices and accounting records, if any, are kept for 7 years, as Estonian law requires.
